    So in the beginning when death stranding was released I was a little skeptical of weather I would like it or not. So I decided NOT to get it. Then the other day I decided to get it from a mate. It's by far one of the best games I've ever played

    The mechanics are amazing. The lightning is one of the best game lighting's I've seen. Everything about the game is amazing

    It has probably become one of my top 15 games I have played. Thank you Hideo Kojima for making this master piece. Good luck fellow porters🌝

    One thing that would have made this game perfect

    If the emails and interviews were voice logs and you could play them whilst doing your deliveries.

    A lot of time is filled up with silence and whilst that can be quite nice, the option to play an interview or email whilst running around would have been welcome.

    [SPOILERS] I just had a realization

    At one point in the game, you can make a pizza delivery to a shelter marked "Peter Englert". Later on, you can find Higgs' hideout in there and it's full of pizza boxes. Has Higgs been tricking you into giving him pizza?!? Was this a trick to get closer to Sam?

    anyone else use a fan for immersion?

    title probably sounds dumb.

    i use a fan under my desk because i find that sweaty hands + the ps4 back texture is uncomfortable.

    i started Death Stranding recently and i found that my fan makes the game feel really immersive while i'm walking, compared to when it's off. I feel like i'm really on a journey in this world.

    i feel like small things like a fan really makes a difference, might just be me though.

    Are we expecting a ps5 version with improved graphics? I feel they should go for it with little new features added .. wont cost much just more revenues ... the graphics of ds on ps5 will look totally divine

    I just watched the impression of the still underrated SkillUp channel of the new haptic controller and I think this would add a great immersion to the game and extend Kojimas vision he had for the feeling of the game play. I would like you to share your thoughts on this.

    I lost all my progress and i was on a beggining of chapter 7. If anyone can share their save file i would appreciate it. Game doesnt overwrite saving data so anything after chapter 7 can do the trick

    After an hour or two my game starts melting in a very creepy way, does this happen for anyone else?

    I guess the Death Stranding has a terrifying new effect, every 2 hours or so of playtime models (or their faces) suddenly start to become invisible, but slowly, creepily slowly. It'll start small, with some of the rivers loosing their water, then an area with not as many stones as there should be, then work its way up to the complex geometry of distro centers, then the entire distro center, then the entire ground. It takes a good 35 min for the melting to complete, and the first time I genuinely thought I was going insane, because I couldn't tell it was glitching, the whole area just started to feel uncannily empty. I've tried re-installing and it still happens.

    I looked it up with all the search terms I could think of, no one else seems have this bug, or at least be posting about it. Just wanna know if its only me that gets this, also I just wanted to share it since I think its actually a really cool bug, what with its effect being methodical, yet random in an unsettling way.

    Resolution issue using ShieldTV

    Hi team, I have a ultra-wide monitor plugged into my PC, and a ShieldTV connected to a 4K TV.
    I can get Death Stranding working awesomely through ShieldTV but it won't let me select anything over 1080p. I can understand it possibly limiting me to whatever my monitor connected to the PC can handle (1440p), but even that isn't selectable. Any fixes out there?

    Does stacking power skeletons work?

    So I bought 2 power skeletons thinking if power skeleton 1 has drained its battery I can switch it to power skeleton 2. Does That work? Seems like it doesn't or maybe im bugging or something

    Bought Death Stranding a week ago and currently on chapter 3. I've been fighting the feeling that something is wrong for the last couple days though. Yes, I feel like online part is poorly thought out or balanced. I mean, I get it. It's a collaborative effort. The problem is, in my world my collaboration isn't even required. I have literally zero need to donate any materials, because everything is already built/maintained by other people. I feel like I've been cheated and the whole "building" part has been taken away from me by other players, leaving me with only unlocking new areas and doing boring deliveries. Kojima might've done really poor balancing decisions - playing offline makes it too tedious/grindy, playing online, at least for me, removes the 'building back America' part entirely. Does it get better? I would be happy to hear some feedback from other players.

    Tips for a returning player?

    Hi everyone,

    I played Death Stranding when it first came out last year. I played up until you meet Heartman, but took a long break from the game. I put a lot of time into my playthrough, and don't feel like completely starting over. I could use a little refresher on some gameplay tips, or if there's anything new that's been added that a returning player should know.
