- Pragmata - Announcement Trailer | PS5...looks eerily like a Death Stranding 2
- I was today years old when I noticed the Timefall Farm harvesters...actually harvest!
- The only photo I've taken so far that I thought was different enough to post! Makes a good PC background too :)
- Anybody else feel like the Pragmata trailer was familiar?

- America don't matter
- Fragile Time Fall Mask
- Anyone else read every e-mail?
- Psst
- "A familiar face has crossed over into the world of Death Stranding," the studio says, "impersonating Bridges’ employees and sending request emails prompting Sam to locate and secure companion cubes throughout the world. Completing these requests will reveal the mystery behind the friendly imposter"
- Fanart I made back when the game first came out
- Sam.. I dont think thats a BT
- Avoided the game because of both price and reviews - change of heart + Biology!
- A poster-ish photo I took, should make a good phone wallpaper. I also took a similar shot in landscape orientation if anyone wants it.
- Local porters leave a message
- Looking for DS/Kojima facts, lore and fan theories!
- I shared a lot of work in progress photos of this costume on here, so I thought you might want to see the (almost) finished cosplay! We had a test photo shoot with it last weekend to figure out how it would survive a convention day and what parts still needed some work. Hope you enjoy!
- Sam sailed down the river with a cargo
- • NEW artwork by me •
- Death Stranding PC system requirements have been revealed
- Does anyone know what Kojima is up to these days?

Anybody else feel like the Pragmata trailer was familiar? Posted: 11 Jun 2020 02:38 PM PDT So I know it could just be a big coincidence, but the new Pragmata trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tlf3kSaLvi8 Has a lot of striking similarities to the KojiPro logo movie: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=atqBhyqq6xE Both feature the ludens-like armor, both have scenes on the moon, the Pragmata character seems to have many things strapped to him similar to Sam in Death Stranding, and the girl (who could easily pass as a young Amelie) uses some ability that makes things appear out of thin air, sort of the way Death Stranding characters would use the chiral network. To me, it almost seems too connected to be coincidental. What are everyone else's thoughts? [link] [comments]

Anyone else read every e-mail? Posted: 11 Jun 2020 09:35 AM PDT I read every email, I love reading them. I read every line and word, and rarely just skim through the information. I don't often read the interviews, or other information unless it seems important or stands out, but seeing the e-mails feels almost personal, and I love to see how people are fairing in the world. This game is truly amazing. [link] [comments]

Avoided the game because of both price and reviews - change of heart + Biology! Posted: 11 Jun 2020 09:05 AM PDT Well first.. I am a r/patientgamer.. I rarely, rarely, RARELY ever buy a game at full price, because I am a middle-aged professional, and simply don't have the time to game 10+ hours per week, so it takes me a REALLY long time to get through any game, if I do end up getting through it. Often times, I forget the control scheme and have to play a game for half an hour, before I remember. I have a massive backlog, so it does not make sense to buy games at full price. That being said, Death Stranding dropped to somewhere around $24.00 or so this week, and I picked it up, despite half the reviews saying it was good, half saying it was bad. I favored the "good"reviews, as they seemed to be aimed at people who have a heightened social conscience and faith in humanity. And my faith in humanity was rewarded. Hideo Kojima seems like he saw where the world, and especially America, was going with dissension and arguing nonstop, and built a game where the payoff is actually helping others. I have an amateur interest in evolutionary biology, and as such, I get how video games in general trigger the reward systems in our brains, and how game developers have gotten more and more sophisticated at triggering that response, but in Death Stranding, Hideo Kojima has hit a home run in my opinion, at triggering the specific regions of our brain that encourage positive social behavior. I think too many folks on social media have "given in to the dark side", and this has affected their actual brain chemistry. Trolling feels good... if you do it consistently enough. And I think that most modern games DO focus on "me", and what "I" want to accomplish. This combined with social media, that encourages vanity and self absorption, and humanity has a real slow-motion social disaster in the making. Overstimulation of the dopamine receptors (reward center) of the brain, combined with understimulation of social reward systems, and a lot of college students are showing up on their first day of college with a couple of different prescriptions for anxiety medications. It is refreshing to see a game bucking that trend. Dunno if it will create a new genre or not, but we can always hope? [link] [comments]

Looking for DS/Kojima facts, lore and fan theories! Posted: 11 Jun 2020 04:58 PM PDT I'd like to start off by saying that I've loved following this subreddit forever. The community has been really helpful, and really about building bridges. A friend and I are going to be streaming DS this weekend for charity. We have a lot of fun ideas for what to do on stream, but I don't want to break any community guidelines by promoting it <3 That being said, I could use your help! During the stream I want to talk DS/Kojima facts, lore and fan theories. Seriously, this is yall's time to shine! No fact about the game is too small, no fan theory too wild! Hit us with all that crazy world lore. If you could, label each thing accordingly : (fan theory - Kojima ate nothing but pizza during the making of to properly write a certain character). Thank you in advance, y'all are awesome. [link] [comments]

Best weapon to use against BTs? Posted: 11 Jun 2020 09:10 PM PDT Previously I've been using the anti-BT gun (lvl 2), but as I've progressed West it's become pretty useless against them. I'm considering using hematic grenades and AR (lvl 3) with hematic rounds, but I wanted to know what's worked best for you guys? Side question- do the lethal AR, pistol, and shotgun hematic rounds do more damage than the non-lethal AR, pistol and shotgun hematic rounds? [link] [comments]
