    My Return to Death Stranding

    After playing Death Stranding for several hours, I decided to leave this game on my backlog, since it seemed to require a lot of patience and I prefered to play through the most linear games first. Part of me was also worn down by the "grind".

    Recently, I returned to Death Stranding. I did one or two simple deliveries and then I was tasked with getting to Port Knot City. The journey seemed deceptively simple, but the last BT zone was tense as all hell. After being dragged around by the BTs, a giant Dolphin-like BT emerged and assaulted me in the cliffs. I had to throw every Hematic Grenade I had and, after an improvised climb through the cliffs, I got away from its radius and caught a glimpse of Port Knot City, as "Asylums for the Feeling" started playing. This and the visually impressive boss battle against the giant Squid-like BT (along with Higgs) got me definitely hooked.

    Now, I am on Episode 3 and I am really enjoying the game. Additional equipment seems to come by quicker than before (the exosqueleton and the bola gun are the highlights so far) and the change of scenery was also welcome. Also worthy of note, I loved making my way through BTs in more claustrophobic territory (the abandoned shopping mall). Can't wait to see what the game has in store for me next!

    Thoughts on ‘no BT’ mode?

    Has anyone ever talked about creating a no BTs mode? Sometimes I just want to space out and make deliveries without l fucking around with BTs

    Ya I know the delivery scoring would have to be adjusted or dumped blah blah whatever but the mode would be nice

    I got the chiral artist to level 4 but I don’t have the chiral gold backpack colour.

    I'm able to make the vehicles gold but not the backpack. Is there any way to fix this?

    Edit: I did a couple more deliveries and I guess it updated so now I have the backpack colour unlocked

    Death Stranding Save File Lost, please give me tips.

    I was 70 hours in during Chapter 6, just gotten to the snowy mountains, then poof, update 7.50 did its thing on me. I had all facilities on five stars and roads built, but it took me so much time because I wasn't properly equipped to do so, so I think this time I'm going to speed through the main deliveries until chapter 6, so I can just build a lot of Ziplines that connect to yours to make a mapwide aerial highway to 5 Star everything againd and quickly. Should I just do that or do you have any other recommendation?
