First encounter with MULEs, im a bit unsure on what to do

    Posted: 24 Jan 2021 01:56 PM PST

So i would rather sneak than fight with a rope or run with my heart pumping like a fuckin Meet the Medic scene, and that means ditching the cargo, the cargo i have to deliver or i cant progress in the game. My question is, can i pussy out by using postboxes? I place one, put my cargo in, run around MULE housecat meow motherfuckers territory then make another postbox to collect my stuff, or is that not how it works? Infact, now i think about, is the cargo vital to the mission or can i just skip on up to knot city without shit? Breaking Bad Man or whatever tf his Persona mask using ass name is said "you can deliver cargo as well as its on your way" so im not entirely sure. Someone pls explain. Thanks in advance. BTs aint a problem but my heart skipped a fuckin beat when i saw them crazy ass mfs running towards me like the ghost dudes from mgs5

    [Endgame] BB vs Sam/Bridget/Amelie

    Posted: 24 Jan 2021 01:17 PM PST

I noticed there is a less discussed parallel between Bridget/Amelie saving Sam and Sam saving Lou.

Saving infant Sam was the straw that broke the camel's back and caused the "Death Stranding" in the first place. IMO Bridget/Amelie knowingly accepted the consequences in doing so.

One may ask, was it worth it? What made Bridget/Amelie to risk human beings for saving a kid? And we all spent 10s of hours suffering the consequences in the game.

Fast forward to Episode 14, delivering Lou to the incinerator, I was miserable. I search everywhere in the menus to avoid the inevitable. The pain was real when I had to confirm the "Cremate" and so was the relief afterwards.

Sam accepted the risk of void-out (which was 70% according to deadman) and Deadman helped too. The game did an excellent job putting the player in the shoes of Bridget/Amelie to fully understand the emotion factor in risking everything to save baby Sam.

    Kudos, Kojima Production team!

    BT Areas in Trucks

    Posted: 24 Jan 2021 02:28 PM PST

Does anyone else find it seemingly impossible to cross a BT area while in a truck? I scan the area almost constantly while inching along and usually still can't see them until I'm almost running into them - usually too late by then.
Frustrating to have to stop the truck and walk around and clear the area on foot before retreating back to the truck to continue.

Is this just the way it is, or am I doing something wrong?

This video talks about the use of celebrities in video games, Death Stranding is talked about heavily in it because of their fantastic use of famous faces in the story. Let me know what you think!

Just moved to PC after playing on the PS4 for months — why do some rocks look like this? Is it a bug or is it meant to be that way?

Question about a character [Episode 13 spoilers]

    Posted: 24 Jan 2021 10:10 PM PST

So, we've been hinted ever since we started doing deliveries for Heartman that Amelie is the Extinction Entity, but what is an EE? Are they a cosmic being or just a regular animal, born on earth that's given the ability to nuke the planet?

Did Amelie always know she was an EE or is it something she discovered?

How did she or the big five know they were the EE? It isn't like someone just tells you.
